Marina gained extensive experience advising them on intellectual property (IP) law, in particular, trade secrets, trademark infringement and the effect of Brexit in the international IP protection, data protection, regulation, employment, commercial law, particularly contract law and acquisitions of businesses and property, and planning.

Trained at the oldest and largest international law firms such as Freshfields, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Mannheimer Swartling and then Isle of Man firms such as Simcocks, Marina has more than 25 years of experience in the legal business, including more than 12 years post-qualification experience as an Isle of Man advocate and an English solicitor.
